Our leadership coaching programmes are designed to form considered, rounded leaders who are self-aware and can build on the development of their leadership edge through knowledge and application of their purpose, values, strengths, abilities, confidence and communication

Why?
There are a number of assumptions that are attributed to great leaders. Their ability to conquer their own weaknesses and get ahead as a result. They are very good at working on their own and can achieve great things due to having answers to issues developed in their early careers, and that they all possess the same qualities.
However in the majority of cases great leaders see communication as a priority and can ask powerful questions as a result. They focus on their strengths and they can possess very different qualities and behaviours.

We start with LEADERSHIP EDGE as this is a set of core elements that are unique to you. We look at what informs your leadership style:
- Aspirations– What you aspire to achieve through your leadership and Contribution, Your legacy.
- Values– Your guiding principles and beliefs that are important to you, motivate you and anchor your career and life.
- Strengths– Underlying qualities that energise you and generate confidence for you.
- Abilities – Natural or acquired skills and talents where you have an opportunity to shine
LEADERSHIP HABITS represents the behaviours of the most effective leaders which come through focus, discipline and positive stretch.
So we ensure you have the insights, skills and ability to deliver these habits consistently:

What do we offer?
We offer two distinctly different and complimenting leadership programmes.
They are designed to give new and existing leaders a portfolio of skills and resources that they can utilise to capitalise on their leadership position.
In both of our offers the client will have a 45-minute pre-contract call with the assigned coach to ensure that the client’s goals for coaching are clear and that the client is comfortable with the process. The client will then follow one of the following processes:

Suitable for....
Emerging leaders, experienced leaders and senior leaders. This is essential for those who want to work on their leadership impact and presence and who may face particular challenges that require them to work in ways that are either new, not in their comfort zone or demand a greater degree of flexibility in style or approach than they currently offer.
This is also suitable for those individuals who work with a broad range of stakeholders and are looking for alternative ways to add to their leadership portfolio.
Unsuitable for....
Junior managers or associates whose schedules mean that they cannot commit to regular coaching sessions.
Their needs might be better met by individual Strengthscope/360 or ‘Executive Coaching’ packages which are available on request based on needs
